INPUT NO.
0 - EMERGENCY STOP - LED is lit when the button is pulled out (system is operable).
1 - SIGHT WINDOW SWITCH - LED is lit when the sight glass is in place.
2 - DISCHARGE PORT SWITCH - LED is lit when discharge port is closed.
3 - VACUUM PUMP OVERLOAD - LED is lit when vacuum pump overload is tripped.
4 - OIL PUMP OVERLOAD - LED is lit when oil pump overload is tripped.
5 - AUGER MOTOR OVERLOAD - LED is lit when auger motor overload is tripped.
6 - VACUUM PUMP MOTOR THERMOSTAT - LED is lit when the motor is operating at the proper temperature.
7 - OIL PUMP MOTOR THERMOSTAT - LED is lit when the motor is operating at the proper temperature.
8 - AUGER MOTOR THERMOSTAT - LED is lit when the auger motor is operating at the proper temperature.
9 - WATER FLOW SWITCH - LED is lit when water flow is detected.
10 - OIL FLOW SWITCH - LED is lit when oil flow is detected.
11 - VACUUM MOTOR STARTER - LED is lit when the vacuum motor contactor is energized.
12 - AUGER FORWARD STARTER - LED is lit when the auger forward contactor is energized.
13 - AUGER REVERSE STARTER - LED is lit when the auger reverse contactor is energized.
14 - OIL HEATER STARTER - LED is lit when the oil heater is energized.
15 - BYPASS ON - LED is lit when purge bypass switch is set to on.

0 - VACUUM PUMP - LED is lit when the vacuum pump operates. (Steps 2, 3, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 & 14)
1 - OIL PUMP - LED is lit when the oil pump operates. (Steps 3, 4, 8, 9, 10, 11 ,12 & 14)
2 - AUGER FORWARD DIRECTION - LED is lit when the Auger is operating in the forward direction. (Any step when the “AUGER ON” button is pressed, except Step 1)
3 - AUGER REVERSE DIRECTION - LED is lit when the auger is operating in the reverse Direction (Any step when the “AUGER ON” button is pressed, except Step 1)
4 - HEATER LED is lit when the heater is on. (Steps 4, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 & 14)
5 - FILL SOLENOID - LED is lit when the fill valve is open. (Steps 8 & 9)
6 - COOLING WATER TO CONDENSOR SOLENOID - LED is lit when the cooling water to condense is closed. (Step 1 (after completion of a batch only; not during power-up)
7 - RAPID COOL SOLENOID - LED is lit when rapid cool-down cycle is operating. (Step 14)
8 - START PURGE SOLENOID - LED is lit when the start purge is called. (Step 2)
9 - STOP PURGE SOLENOID - LED is lit when the stop purge is called. (Step 1)
10 - CARRIER VALVE - LED is lit when the carrier valve is open (Step 1)
11 - SLUDGE VALVE - LED is lit when the sludge valve is open (Step 1)
12 - NOT USED - LED should never be lit.
13 - NOT USED - LED should never be lit.
14 - FAULT LIGHT - LED is lit when a system alarm is triggered.
15 - READY LIGHT - LED is lit when system is ready.
