We are using a small ball mill to process a ceramic slurry. Our target is 90% less than 7 microns without metal contamination.

We are using a large production shot mill. When we first load the shot mill with steel shot, the shot mill motor draws high amps. What is wrong?

Please provide a quotation for one agitator bead mill to be used in our production plant for the dispersion of paints. The final output of the machine must produce a fineness of grind to a 7+ Hegman.

Please provide a quotation for a submerged mill to be used to produce our general industrial coatings. Our batch sizes are 100 – 500 gallons.

We are using a large production vertical media mill. We are using a standard charge of 1.0-1.4mm zirconium silicate. The screen becomes plugged with dried product and eventually the mill overflows. How can we prevent this?

We would like to know if it is possible to use the same body machine with two different grinding chambers (i.e. body of Red Head 60 PS with chamber of 30 PS) through an adaptation kit.

We use one Red Head sandgrinder from your company to grind TIO2 in acrylic fiber .We want to change from using sand to zirconium silicate .Can we use zirconium silicate media with 1.4-1.6 mm diameter instead of the ottawa silica with 20-30 mesh.?

Call us now at (847) 662-4000 and talk to our experts to learn more. Bob x 326 or Dave L. x 301.
